This program is for high school baseball players and players going into high school that want to hit with more power and throw significantly harder.

This is not a hitting/pitching reps program, this is a power development program. We will track your stats in the weight room, hitting exit velocity, and throwing velocity. Along with weekly training to develop: throwing mechanics and velocity, hitting mechanics and generating higher exit velocity, along with strength, power, and mobility training in the weight room.

If you follow the 12 week program and do not add a minimum of 3 mph to your throwing velocity and exit velocity we will continue to train you at no additional cost until you do.

FULL FORMULA INCLUDES:
- (3) Weight room sessions per week (1 hr) - Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 11:30am-12:30pm or 5pm-6pm with Sensory Speed Coaches (times can be flexible upon request)
- (1) On-field session per week (1 hr) -  Thursdays @ 4:00pm - 5:00pm with Anthony Siri & Greg Paxton
- (1) Home workout per week - based on your movement screening
- Nutrition & Sleep coaching/tracking
PART TIME FORMULA INCLUDES:
- (1-2) Weight room sessions per week (1 hr) - Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 11:30am-12:30pm or 5pm-6pm with Sensory Speed Coaches (times can be flexible upon request)
- (0-1) On-field session per week (1 hr) - Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm with Anthony Siri & Greg Paxton
- (1) Home workout per week - based on your movement screening
